Evening and Weekend CDL Training in Colorado: Options for Working Adults

Leaving a full-time job to attend CDL school is not realistic for everyone. Working adults may need training that fits around job shifts, family responsibilities and commuting.

WHY THIS MATTERS

A flexible schedule can make CDL training possible without requiring a student to give up current income. It also gives employers a way to develop existing employees while keeping daily operations moving.

WHAT TO KNOW

True Safety offers daytime CDL programs as well as evening and weekend options. Daytime Class A training is two weeks, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Daytime Class B training is one week on the same schedule. Evening and weekend availability should be confirmed before enrollment because schedules and seat availability can change.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Flexible CDL training may work well for construction employees, delivery drivers, equipment operators, parents and career changers. Students still need to protect enough time for consistent attendance, permit preparation and practice.
