Unlimited Safety Training Pass (USTP) Terms & Conditions

The Unlimited Safety Training Pass (“USTP”) is designed to give your team ongoing access to safety training at a predictable monthly rate. To ensure fairness for all members and protect the value of this program, the following terms apply:

1. Fair Use Policy

  • During your first month, you may enroll up to 20 employees in training.

  • This policy ensures new clients can onboard their team quickly without overwhelming class capacity or using the pass in a way it wasn’t designed for.

  • After the first month, enrollment is intended for regular turnover, replacements, and new hires throughout the subscription period.

2. Class Availability & Limitations

  • Classes are held weekly at our Greeley Training Center:
    3050 67th Ave, STE 101, Greeley, CO 80634.

  • We also offer live virtual training for remote teams.

  • Class sizes are capped to maintain quality and safety. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis through our registration portal. We recommend registering early to secure your spots.

3. Billing & Payment

  • The USTP is billed monthly on a recurring basis until canceled.

  • Payments are non-refundable once processed.

4. Commitment & Cancellation Policy

  • The Unlimited Safety Training Pass (USTP) requires a minimum 3-month commitment.

  • After the initial 3 months, subscriptions continue on a month-to-month basis.

  • To cancel after the initial commitment period, you must provide 60 days’ written notice.

  • If you cancel before completing the 3-month minimum, you agree to pay the remaining balance of the initial 3-month term in full.

  • If you cancel after the minimum term but with less than 60 days’ notice, you agree to pay 50% of the remaining balance on your current billing cycle.

5. No-Show & Reschedule Policy

  • Because seats are limited, if employees fail to show up without notice, those seats cannot be refunded or transferred.

  • Rescheduling is allowed if notice is given in advance through our online portal.

6. General Policies

  • The USTP is non-transferable outside your company.

  • Misuse of the program (such as registering beyond fair use, or repeated no-shows) may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

  • True Safety reserves the right to adjust policies, pricing, or schedules with notice.
